Junior/ College Athletes
Strength and Conditioning sessions for junior athletes committed to a school or college. Training options include Monday to Thursday 4pm to 530pm, Monday and Wednesday 7am to 8am and Fridays 6am to 7am. $250 per month.

CMHA Hockey Development
In partnership with Chilliwack Minor Hockey Association we are offering dry land training for U11s and U13s on Tuesday and Thursday 3pm to 4pm and for U15s and U18s Tuesday and Thursdays 530pm to 630pm. These sessions run from July 14th to August 13th and more information can be found on the CMHA website.

Girls Performance Group
For female athletes aged 12-16, these strength and conditioning sessions run on Mondays 7am to 8am, Thursday 7am to 8am and Fridays 7am to 830am. For 2 sessions per week its $100 and for 3 sessions per week its $150.

Youth Athletes
For athletes aged 12-15 years old, strength and conditioning sessions will be held on Mondays 3pm to 4pm and Wednesdays 3pm to 4pm. $100 per month.

Speed and Agility
For athletes aged 8-11 years old, we are offering speed and agility focused sessions on Mondays 5pm to 6pm and Wednesdays 5pm to 6pm. $100 per month.

Drop In Sessions
For athletes aged 12-16, for $15 per session you can drop in for a workout on Mondays and Wednesdays between 530pm and 630pm.

Adult Soccer Sessions
Strength and Conditioning sessions for recreational adult soccer players. Email us to find out more information or to start your 1:1/ group training sessions today.

Youth Soccer Athletes
Strength and Conditioning sessions for youth soccer players. Email us to find out more information or to start your 1:1 / group training sessions today.

Personal Training
Private 1:1 training as well custom private group training available on request. Make the most of your summer and get in touch to book your sessions.
